1. Added 08-15 What is the Congressional Campaign System^SM?

   The CCS is a grassroots activist tool for quickly and effectively letting members of Congress know how their constituents feel about an issue facing Congress.

   Initially, the CCS provides a common interface to the e-mail forms found on most Congressional web sites. In the future, we are planning telephone and fax features.

   Because all the common information on the e-mail forms is already built into a web site member's account, the activist can concentrate on the message. And the CCS makes even that easier and more effective because the member can choose among already-prepared, focused messages that get to the point.
